Alesha Dabney - Managing Director / COO

Alesha Dabney is a Senior Credentialing Specialist with over 13 years of experience in healthcare credentialing; to include TJC, NCQA, AAAHC, CMS/Medicaid and Medicare Enrollment, and Military Credentialing. She is a long-standing member of the National Association of Medical Staff Services. Alesha is driven by her passion to provide an outstanding credentialing experience to healthcare professionals, while simultaneously establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, and overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of our team. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her children.

Jeneka Holmes is a Business Financial Analyst with 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, ranging from Healthcare to Manufacturing. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Jeneka is particularly skilled in strategic planning, accounts payable and managing cash flow. Recently, she helped implement a new ERP system and its functions to the finance department. Jeneka is very adamant for streamlining processes, in which she has accomplished with the Accounts Payable responsibilities. She also holds 3+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing. Jeneka enjoys traveling, spending time by the pool and soaking in the sun.
